We explored an unknown territory, driving where the fluorescent lights guided us. The red lights of the flashing cars guided us down the narrow tunnel into a new and exciting place that yet has to be known. Where the lights guide us, the brighter out destination becomes for us, bringing us to happiness and the future.

We’ve come out to the light. The green scenery automatically making us overwhelmed with joy. The contagious smile on my face spread to them. We embraced every moment and turned our heads, trying to remember the sigh forever until we pass. Inhaling the scents so we can remember what freedom and joy smells like. We walked down the path of remembrance to never forget what brought us closer to each other.

We’ve come to a halt of the red light flashing in the street. The traffic of cars soon enters both ways of the busy street of the careless people walking freely amongst it. The cars come and go, the busy people running, the business men talking on the phone, the mothers guiding the children, or the average student too busy in their own world come walk on the street. They’re dragged in too deep for them to come out and see what yet has to be known and explored. The red light is useless for these people. They will never stop and stare at what has to be seen.

The nearby church was where we stopped. The busy people have no time to stop and pray when there’s too much going on with their daily lives. We think about us, if faith is our way to guide us. The future was the only thing left for us to find. Was faith the way to go or the way to turn and never look back? The faith of God cannot help me find who I am and how I live my life out in the world I come to live in.

We made our way to the park bench. The raindrop from the showers and morning dew made the seats wet to sit in, The sky was gloomy and was soon clearing up, being before grey clouds that destroyed the mood. We sat down and looked at the surroundings. The grass was evenly cut and three birds rested on another bench close by. The birds went out exploring, looking for what they can do, just like us.

The buses and cars are going by fast and carelessly. The dangerous road that these people follow have no for these people to stop and stare. The men and women are trying to last the day on their three dollar coffee. They roam the roads without looking at the beautiful sight right in front of them. The become too self absorbed in their own world and forget about the outside.

The record store was mellow and soothing. The room was tinted and everyone in their own world, looking for what they might want next time. I look to see the records lined up, on display. The people in the store look through the music and forget about what's about them. The first time I see somebody look at something other than being contained in their own thoughts.

We've come to a dead end. The street walls are painted with graffiti and look as if there was nothing to do. The boringness got to these people and decided to express their feelings. They decided occupy their own mind and express their thoughts. They came to a dead end and finally had their own way of happiness.
